- Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe; we do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details
- Communication content: Any messages, feedback, or revision requests you send us

- Usage data: Pages visited, time spent on the Site, clicks, and similar interaction data via standard web analytics
- Device data: Browser type, IP address, operating system, screen size, referring URL
- Cookies: We use functional cookies to operate the Site. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

- Resume content and intake form data: Up to 12 months from delivery, then deleted. We retain it during this period to support revision requests and customer support inquiries.
- Payment records: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Email communications: Up to 24 months for support purposes.
- Anonymized analytics data: May be retained indefinitely.
You may request earlier deletion of your data by emailing us (see Section 8).
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption on all pages of our Site
- Secure storage of API keys and credentials in encrypted environment variables
- Limiting access to your information to only authorized personnel involved in fulfilling your order

Our legal basis for processing your information is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for paid services, and consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the free AI optimizer tool. We use only functional cookies necessary for the Site to operate (such as remembering your form inputs). We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral profiling cookies.
