We take pride in the quality of our writing and stand behind our work. To keep our service sustainable and fair, refunds are limited to specific circumstances outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
✓ When refunds ARE issued:
- Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver your completed work within 14 days of receiving your fully completed intake form, and the delay is solely due to us, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately.
- Service we cannot fulfill: If, after reviewing your intake, we determine we cannot complete the work as described (for example, the request falls outside our service scope), we will issue a full refund and notify you within 72 hours.
✗ When refunds are NOT issued:
- Dissatisfaction with style or tone: One round of revisions (or more for higher-tier packages) is included to address subjective concerns. Refunds are not issued for preference-based dissatisfaction once revisions have been used or declined.
- Failure to get a job, interview, or callback: We provide professional writing services. Employment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not refund based on hiring results.
- Change of mind: Once work has begun on your order, we cannot offer a refund for buyer's remorse.
- Failure to use the materials: Refunds are not issued if you choose not to use or submit the documents we provide.
- Errors from inaccurate client information: If the resume reflects information you provided that turns out to be inaccurate, we are not responsible.
- Complaints raised after the revision window: All quality concerns must be raised during the included revision period. Once an order is finalized or revisions expire, it is considered complete.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above:

- Briefly describe the situation and reference your purchase
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Filing a chargeback for an order that falls outside this refund policy may result in suspension of access to our services and any future delivery.
One Free Revision
Every package includes at least one round of revisions. Higher-tier packages include additional revisions as described on the package page. To request revisions:
- Simply reply to your delivery email with specific feedback
- Submit revision requests within 14 days of delivery
- Be as specific as possible about what you'd like changed
Revisions are intended to refine the existing deliverable based on your feedback. Substantial rewrites or new directions may be subject to additional fees.
